Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Website or engage our Services.
Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over who have the capacity to enter a binding agreement under Thai law. By engaging our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Section 3
Service Description
Legacta offers three services, all described in full on our website:
Understanding Estate Organization: Learning Series — ฿3,800
A plain-language educational series covering general processes, common documents, and typical sequences of steps that families encounter in estate matters. This is educational content only and does not constitute advice of any kind.
Personal Inventory & Records Service — ฿13,500
Organizational support to help you create a clear, labelled inventory of important documents and records. This is an organizational and record-keeping service only.
Legacy & Memory Workshop — ฿29,000
A multi-session workshop supporting you in recording personal stories, values, and messages for your family through letters and memory keepsakes. This is a heritage and writing activity, not a formal document or advisory service.
Our Services are available primarily to clients in Thailand, though enquiries from other locations are welcome. We reserve the right to decline or adjust service delivery in certain circumstances.
Section 4

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use materials you receive as part of a paid service engagement for your own family and personal record-keeping purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, or resale.
Memory keepsake items and personal writing completed during the Legacy & Memory Workshop remain your personal property.
Section 6
Payment Terms
Service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any engagement. The fees for each service are:
| Service | Fee (฿) |
|---|---|
| Understanding Estate Organization: Learning Series | 3,800 |
| Personal Inventory & Records Service | 13,500 |
| Legacy & Memory Workshop | 29,000 |
Payment arrangements (including timing, method, and any deposit requirements) will be set out in your service confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed at the time of engagement.
Refunds: Requests for a refund prior to service commencement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has commenced, fees for sessions or materials already delivered are non-refundable. If you need to pause or reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
Section 7
Service-Specific Terms
Learning Series
Access to learning materials is provided following payment confirmation. Printable summaries and glossary items are for personal use only. The series is educational in nature and does not include individualized advice.
Personal Inventory & Records Service
We will work with you to organize and label the documents and records you choose to share with us for this purpose. Confidentiality of all records is maintained. Organizational templates provided are for your personal use.
Legacy & Memory Workshop
Sessions are conducted in an agreed format (in-person or remote) and on an agreed schedule. Keepsake materials are included in the service fee. You retain ownership of all personal writing and stories you create during the workshop.
For all services, if your circumstances change and you need to pause, we offer a pause-and-resume arrangement. Please discuss this with us at the earliest opportunity.
Section 8
Disclaimers
Important Notice
Legacta provides educational and organizational services only. Nothing provided through our website, services, or correspondence constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Where formal steps are required in estate or inheritance matters, we encourage you to engage a qualified professional such as a lawyer or notary.
Our Website and service materials are provided on an "as available" basis. We take care in preparing all content, but we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or free from error. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw materials at any time.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legacta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Website or Services, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on content provided.
Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, civil disruption, or telecommunications failure.
Section 10
Termination
Either party may end a service engagement by giving reasonable written notice. "Reasonable" notice is generally considered to be at least 5 working days before the next scheduled session or delivery.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service engagement if we become aware that our services are being misrepresented, misused, or if continued engagement would not be in keeping with our values.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive the end of any engagement or these Terms.
Section 11
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, we ask that you contact us directly in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns through honest and respectful conversation.
If a matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to refer it to mediation before pursuing other remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that proceeds to a formal process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
Section 12
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any written service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacta in relation to our Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer.
Notices: Notices to us should be sent to [email protected] or in writing to our business address.
Section 13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do so. If you have an active service engagement, we will inform you of material changes by email. Continued use of our Website or Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
