What exactly does Legacta help with?
We offer three things: educational resources about how estate processes generally work, practical help organizing your personal documents and records, and a workshop for recording your personal stories and values. We do not produce formal legal documents — for those steps, we point you toward appropriate professionals.
Is this a legal service?
No. Legacta is an educational and organizational service, not a law firm. The Learning Series explains processes in general terms and always directs participants to qualified legal professionals when formal steps are required. If you need legal advice, we will help you understand what kind of professional to approach.
How do the sessions work — in person or online?
Sessions are available both in person at our Lumphini office in Bangkok and via video call. We will agree on the most comfortable arrangement during your initial enquiry. There is no pressure to attend in person if distance or circumstances make that difficult.
How long does the Personal Inventory service take?
It varies depending on how many documents you have and how they are currently organized. Most families complete the process across two to four working sessions. We move at a pace that feels comfortable — there is no reason to rush through something this personal.
What is the Legacy & Memory Workshop?
It is a series of guided sessions — usually four to six — where participants record personal stories, values, and messages they would like to leave for family members. The output is a set of legacy letters and memory keepsake materials. It is a writing and reflection activity, not a formal document service.
How is my personal information handled?
All information you share is held in confidence and used only for delivering the service you have chosen. We do not share personal details with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, and we hold everything in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Are the prices listed the full price, with nothing added?
Yes. The prices shown — ฿3,800 for the Learning Series, ฿13,500 for the Personal Inventory service, and ฿29,000 for the Legacy & Memory Workshop — are the full service fees. There are no hidden charges. Any additional materials or follow-up support would be discussed and agreed in advance.
