Our Methodology
Every Legacta service follows the same underlying principles: begin with a clear conversation about what you need, work at a pace that suits you, and produce something useful at the end that requires no further specialist involvement to maintain.
We do not impose timelines. Some families complete the Personal Inventory in two sessions; others take several months, returning to it as their situation evolves. The Learning Series can be taken as a complete programme or module by module. The Legacy Workshop sessions are spaced according to the participant's own rhythm.
Where a matter arises that falls outside our scope — a legal question, a financial consideration, a formal document requirement — we say so directly. We do not attempt to answer questions we are not qualified to address, and we maintain working relationships with Bangkok-based professionals who are.

Sessions proceed at your pace, following a clear framework with a named consultant throughout. You always know where you are and what comes next.

Understanding Estate Organization

A calm, plain-language learning series explaining how estate and inheritance processes generally work — the documents typically involved, the usual sequence of steps families encounter, and the points at which qualified professionals become relevant. This is general education, presented clearly, without unnecessary complexity.
The series includes printable module summaries and a comprehensive glossary of terms. Participants can work through it in sequence or return to specific modules as their circumstances develop.

Service 02
Personal Inventory & Records Service

Practical, hands-on help creating a clear, organized inventory of your important documents and records. We work through what you have, identify what is present and what may be missing, and arrange everything into a labelled, logical system using our ArchiveReady template framework.
The completed system is easy for family members to navigate independently. The reusable template means it can be updated as circumstances change, without requiring specialist assistance to maintain.

Service 03
Legacy & Memory Workshop
Heritage & Writing Activity · ฿29,000
A gentle, multi-session workshop supporting participants in recording personal stories, values, and messages for their families. The format is conversational and guided — participants are never asked to write to a formula, only to reflect and to find their own words.
The output is a set of legacy letters and memory keepsake materials that participants can share with family members. This is a heritage and writing activity, not a formal document service, and nothing produced carries any legal standing.
